MetaliQ Art is an online-only, made-to-order metal art store operated by Steed Art. This page explains how catalog orders, custom requests, payments, production, and delivery work.
Catalog orders
A clear path from selection to delivery.

Browse the catalog and open the product that suits your space.

Choose an available finish and either the listed dimensions or a supported custom size.

Review the final price in Pakistani Rupees. Custom-size catalog pricing is calculated by area.

Add the piece to your cart and review the order before continuing.

Enter delivery details in Shopify's secure hosted checkout and review any shipping charge.

Place the order using an available payment method. Cash on delivery is currently active.

Receive order confirmation. Paid or confirmed orders are then queued for made-to-order production.

The finished piece is checked, securely packed, dispatched by courier, and delivered to your address.
Bespoke artwork
Custom work begins with a written brief.
Submit your contact details, wall dimensions, preferred finish, project description, and reference files. Steed Art reviews the request, confirms the design, area-based price, payment amount, and delivery estimate in writing. Production begins only after approval and payment confirmation.

What online payments will be used for.
Steed Art is onboarding Rapid Gateway for secure, one-time ecommerce payments in PKR. Once activated, catalog customers will be able to pay the full checkout amount online. Approved custom projects may be paid through an advance and final balance. Sensitive card or account credentials will be handled by the payment provider, not stored by MetaliQ Art. Failed or incomplete payments will not enter production. Approved refunds will be returned to the original online payment method.
