Shipping Policy

MetaliQ Art is operated by Steed Art. We manufacture our metal artwork to order and deliver throughout Pakistan.
Order Processing
Production begins after:
- The order has been confirmed.
- Any required payment has been confirmed.
- The customer has provided complete delivery information.
- Any required custom design proof has been approved.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated total arrival times for catalog products are:
- Karachi: 4–7 working days
- Rest of Pakistan: 10–12 working days
These estimates are measured from order and payment confirmation and include normal production, packaging, dispatch, and courier time.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Custom and Bespoke Orders
Custom-designed, personalized, and complex made-to-order products may require additional production time.
Before payment, we will confirm in writing:
- The approved design
- Final dimensions and finish
- Total price
- Payment schedule
- Estimated production and delivery timeline
Production will begin after the required payment and design approval have been received.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during Shopify checkout before the order is placed.
For custom projects, delivery charges will be included in or shown alongside the approved quotation. Customers will be able to review the total amount before making payment or confirming an order.
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver throughout Pakistan.
We do not currently advertise international delivery. Customers outside Pakistan may contact us before placing an order to ask whether special delivery arrangements are possible.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
An order confirmation will be sent using the contact information provided during checkout.
When tracking is available, dispatch or tracking information may be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Please ensure that your email address and telephone number are correct when placing an order.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing:
- A complete and accurate delivery address
- The correct city and postal information
- A working telephone number
- An accessible delivery location
- Accurate recipient details
Contact us immediately if any delivery information needs to be corrected. Address changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.
Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be payable before redelivery.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of:
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Courier interruptions
- Security restrictions
- Remote delivery locations
- Incomplete or incorrect addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Events outside our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when updated information is available.
Receiving and Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect the package and artwork promptly after delivery.
If the product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within three calendar days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the artwork
- Photographs of the outer and inner packaging
- A photograph of the courier label
Keep the artwork and all packaging until we have reviewed the claim. Damage claims and approved remedies are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for the shipment transfers according to applicable law and the agreed delivery arrangement.
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us promptly so we can review the shipment with the courier.
