This Privacy Policy explains how Steed Art, trading as MetaliQ Art ("MetaliQ Art", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit metaliq.art, place an order, submit a custom-design request, or otherwise communicate with us. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

- Order information, selected products, dimensions, payment status, delivery information, and transaction records

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers displayed during checkout. MetaliQ Art does not ask customers to send or store complete card numbers, CVVs, PINs, passwords, or banking credentials through WhatsApp, email, or ordinary website forms.

CUSTOM-DESIGN FILES

Files and references submitted for custom work are used to assess the request, communicate with the customer, prepare the design, manufacture the approved product, and maintain appropriate order records.

Do not submit sensitive identity documents, payment credentials, or content you are not authorized to use.
