These Terms of Service govern the use of metaliq.art and purchases from MetaliQ Art. MetaliQ Art is operated by Steed Art, Karachi, Pakistan. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the website.
PRODUCTS
MetaliQ Art sells made-to-order mild-steel wall artwork finished in matte black powder coating. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate titles, descriptions, dimensions, images, availability, and prices.
Product photographs may include styled environments or digital mockups and might not represent exact scale. Screen settings, lighting, metal characteristics, and production processes may produce reasonable differences in appearance.
Products should be treated as suitable for indoor use unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when MetaliQ Art confirms acceptance or begins fulfilment.
We may verify Cash on Delivery orders, custom orders, unusually large orders, incomplete information, suspected duplicate orders, or transactions requiring additional verification.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of availability, obvious pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or another reasonable operational issue. Successfully collected payments for orders cancelled by us will be refunded where appropriate.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Storefront prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The price charged is the amount displayed during checkout or stated in an approved custom quotation, subject to correction of obvious technical errors.
Custom sizing and bespoke work are discussed through WhatsApp. Custom work is currently calculated using a base rate of PKR 1,000 per square foot, with the final design, dimensions, total price, payment requirement, and delivery arrangement confirmed in writing before production.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and delivery locations. Where online payment is offered, it is processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout.
An unsuccessful, reversed, incomplete, or unverified payment is not treated as successful payment, and production may be delayed until payment is confirmed.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate measurements, spellings, names, references, and instructions. Before production, MetaliQ Art will confirm the relevant design, dimensions, material, finish, price, payment requirement, and timeline.
Payment or advance requirements vary by project and will be disclosed before payment. No fixed advance percentage or number of revisions is promised.
Approval of a design confirms its composition, wording, spelling, and displayed measurements. Changes requested after approval may affect the price and timeline and might not be possible after production begins.
CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT
You confirm that you have the right to submit and authorize the use of any names, images, artwork, logos, characters, text, or other material supplied for custom work.
You grant MetaliQ Art a limited right to use that material to assess the request, communicate with you, prepare the design, manufacture the product, and maintain order records. We may refuse requests we reasonably believe are unlawful or infringe another person's rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The MetaliQ Art name, branding, website content, original photographs, original graphics, and original designs are owned by or lawfully used by Steed Art. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual-property rights.
Third-party names, characters, brands, trademarks, or designs remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as claiming official affiliation, authorization, endorsement, or licensing unless expressly verified.
SHIPPING
Standard catalog orders are estimated to arrive within 2 to 3 working days in Karachi and 5 to 7 working days elsewhere in Pakistan after order confirmation. For prepaid orders, payment must also be confirmed before processing begins.
These estimates include normal production, finishing, quality checking, packaging, dispatch, and courier delivery. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays in Pakistan. Estimates are not guaranteed deadlines.
Custom-order timelines are confirmed separately before production.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND DAMAGE
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed because made-to-order production may have begun.
Eligible standard catalog products may be returned within 7 business days of delivery, subject to the Return and Refund Policy. Custom, personalized, bespoke, and custom-sized products are not returnable for change of mind.
Damage, defects, missing components, or incorrect products should be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery. These rules do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
INSTALLATION AND CARE
Customers are responsible for confirming that the wall, mounting method, anchors, and hardware are suitable for the artwork. Installation requirements vary by artwork and wall construction. Use a professional installer where necessary.
Mounting hardware is included only when expressly stated on the product page or in a written order agreement. Damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable hardware, misuse, modification, or improper care is not treated as a manufacturing defect.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may use services provided by Shopify, payment providers, couriers, analytics providers, advertising providers, social networks, and other parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Steed Art is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, incorrect customer information, unsuitable installation, misuse, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Subject to applicable law, unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
CHANGES
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. Changes apply from the stated effective date and do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
